Position: Order and Quality Controller
Schedule: 8 hours/day (flexible)
Salary: $28-$30/hour
The Order and Quality Controller works under the supervision of the Inventory Coordinator. This role involves ensuring supply by handling purchases, storage, sub-rentals, manufacturing, or transferring materials between branches. The position also includes preparing order slips for various installations. Over time, it may expand to include stock management for production departments.

Main Responsibilities:
- Create all reservations in the ERP system based on confirmed quotes
- Ensure daily material availability
- Prepare order slips for installations
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- DEP in inventory management, logistics, or equivalent (a strong asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and warehouse order management software
- Strong time management skills, organized and structured
- Ability to work independently with minimal interaction
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Bilingualism (an asset for career advancement)
What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months:
- You are familiar with the different rental equipment
- You have mastered the order management process
- You are proficient in the following software: Davion, Monday, and Microsoft Teams
In 6 months:
- You can handle orders for standard/common rental tents
- You can create tool lists for various projects
- You can adjust/confirm project loading dates based on installation schedules
In 12 months:
- You are managing large-scale special projects—congratulations, you are now the new Inventory Coordinator!
- You build custom tent orders in collaboration with the sales representative
- You determine the appropriate type of material for large-scale projects
- You propose alternative solutions for projects based on part availability
