Immediate Superior: Inventory Coordinator Work
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week Starting
Salary: $28/hour + performance-based progression
Location of marquees implies that stocks, vinyl in this case, come in and out rapidly. The organizational structure is in place, but we need you to closely monitor these movements. Proactive, you enjoy being in the action. You would work closely with the inventory coordinator. You are structured, rigorous, diplomatic, and adaptable to changing situations. You are adept at communication and possess natural leadership. You are a hybrid between manual and intellectual work. You ensure the control of the condition and availability of materials for upcoming rentals. Primary Job Functions:
- Control quantity of stock (vinyl) departures/returns
- Quality control of stock (vinyl) departures/returns
- Schedule team shifts according to upcoming needs
- Participate in weekly operational meetings
- Keep inventory up to date via the computer platform
- Real-time tracking of daily projects

- In 3 months: You master the entire production and rental process. You intervene proactively rather than reactively. You lead daily quick meetings with your team, assign tasks, and ensure quality and quantity follow-up. You master internal communication systems. You regularly communicate with other departments to track projects. Your impact is felt in the department.
- In 9 months: You are familiar with Lean Management principles and can propose continuous improvement solutions. You maintain a 95% success rate (OTAC) on error-free shipments. You are THE reference for inventory in the warehouse.
