What do you recommend for maintenance?

In order to preserve your fabrics as long as possible, we recommend carrying out an annual washing. We offer industrial automated washing service.

What are the delivery delays?

In the case that you order one of our standard products without a modification request, the tent will be produced, tested and ready for delivery within 2 to 4 weeks. In the case of a suitable product, it will take 4 to 6 weeks following the approval of the drawings and the final plan by the client and Grandchamp Structure Design.
Some products are in stock and we can supply you very quickly.

What is the lifespan of a marquee?

Durable for life and will not rust! All of our structures are made of premium 6005-T5 aluminum and the steel components are 44W white zinc and CHT100 plated.

How often should we change the canvases?

Several factors can influence the frequency of canvas changes, such as the type of canvas chosen and the climatic conditions to which they will be exposed. Note that the roofs, which are stretched, first suffer the consequences of aging by the sun. That said, the fabrics have a lifespan generally between 7 and 10 years.

Is the purchase of a marquee more cost-effective than renting?

In general, if the need exceeds 6 months or is highly repetitive, it is advantageous to proceed with the purchase of the marquee.
The investment will be more cost-effective, as it remains a long-term asset with resale value. Even though the canvas wears out after a few years, approximately 5 to 10 years, this represents a low cost compared to the aluminum structure, which does not wear out. It remains a financeable asset and is always less expensive than a permanent building.
Ideal for temporary installations before undertaking permanent expansion, the marquee is often used as a warehouse, reception hall, or expansion space.
We offer installation, maintenance, washing, and storage for your off-peak seasons. Some clients simply remove the canvases for the quiet season, leaving the structure in place.
